Hi. My name is Steve and I am the Mac Guy.

I help people in all kinds of ways with their Macintosh computers and everything that goes with them. For over 10 years I have always been the guy people call when they need some advice or assistance with their macs. As a design professional in London I used a Mac nearly every day from 1999 onwards. In 2008 I decided to offer affordable support to the wider community in Norwich and Norfolk where I now live because I like Macintosh computers and I like helping to enable people.

I understand that computers can sometimes seem frustratingly complicated, but I also believe that OS X and Apple software are by and large the most user-friendly and intuitive systems around, whilst at the same time being very powerful. With a little support from me, you can master some of that capability to meet your own needs.

I also design and maintain simple (and not-so-simple) websites with an emphasis on clean, stylish design and usability.
